About This Site

Healthprograms.com is a community site for consumer health professionals. It is organized by the Health Information Resource Center (HIRC), a national clearinghouse for consumer health programs and materials. Founded in 1995, other well-known HIRC programs include the National Health Information Awards, Family Health & Fitness Day USA, and the new National Women's Health & Fitness Day. We want this new community site to be useful for health program professionals in the public, private and non-profit sectors, so we need your help!
